Long Game

There is a lot written over the swing, yes they may be right, but do you want to think about 501 things before making your movement? I don’t.

 

In my vision there are 2 movements in golf: let’s call it the swing-movement, and all what is shorter. The other is the putting-movement and all what is bigger. Feel more confident already? Good!

Of course it is important to have a good grip and set up.

setup2I like to see the shoulders above the instep and your hands under your chin/nose area.

You can’t stand to far from the ball, you will loose your balance. On the other hand, you can stand to close. This gives you less space to make a movement, less space is also less distance. (see above)

What I like to achieve is starting the movement from the shoulders, the rest of the body will follow naturally.
